A tired achy body day .

So glad today is Friday. They had me polishing lenses today at work and I'm so paying for it now. Every time I polish lenses the arthritis in my hands act up afterwards. I've been feeling it in my shoulders today as well today. I'm so sick of feeling like this each and very day . It's very debilitating and exhausting as well. I think I've had a bout with future today as well. I've felt tired most of the day. When I got home a freed my feet from shoes and socks after have them on since about 5 this morning. I've bot gotten off the couch since getting home this afternoon. I just don't have the energy to do anything. For much I could go to bed. The cooler temps have arrived and for now it's not so hot. My question is this thought is this winter going to be worse than last winter was for me as far as the pain with my arthritis. ? For my sake I hope it isn't going to be. Still don't know what's going on my toes tho. It hurts to much to bend them . I was noticing last night that the top of the middle of my right foot was feeling painful. I've always had problems with my feet growing up and still do as an adult. But the arthritis in my feet makes them worse anymore. What can you do for arthritic feet? Other than stay off them when they're painful. I'm gettingready to get my indoor moccasin slippers and put them on and hopefully keep my toes warm and hopefully ease the pain in them.

Sorry your in so much pain I'm going through tests to see if I have some sort of arthritis. Have you tried soaking your feet in magnesium that would maybe help a bit.
