Do you have a GP with whom you can discuss your difficulties? Who can refer you to a physio, OT (for information about household aids, how to do things etc.), or even a pain clinic?

I feel your pain I'm the same, it's horrible are you been supported? what pain relief do you get? My go isn't very helpful alls I'm told is I'm not giving you any drugs what's that all about?
