Hi everyone, I've been having some odd symptoms that I don't know if are due to arthritis. I have degenerative disc disease in my neck and suffered with some of my fingers going numb during the night until I woke and wiggled my fingers. My new symptoms are very achy hands and feet with cramping if I stand in the kitchen or go outside. I couldn't get my feet to not feel like ice after I had been out the other day after waiting at a bus stop. putting my feet up, using a blanket and in bed a heated blanket just didn't help. is this due to arthritis or circulation?

my doctor put me on antibiotics for a foot infection. that seems to have helped the stinging. ive seen a physio as well and have calf strengthening exercises to do and neck exercises. I'm trying to not overdo the exercises and they are helping. I sympathise with you about how annoying it can all be. I hate the headaches.
best wishes
