I know how you feel. I have been diagnosed through blood tests and Xrays with o/a in my neck, lower back and hip (waiting to get replacement hip when they are happy with the result of my echocardiogram) but now I am quickly developing pains in my shoulders, elbows and pelvic area. Does anyone think I could also be suffering from fibromyalgia as well??? Feeling really low at the moment and finding meds not easing the pain.

Sorry you are having a rough time of it and I'm not sure if it's fibromyalgia as people have days where just lifting a cup is so ooo painfull..You better see what your doc says and ask for steroid injection see if that helps .
