Hi! having extreme pain in lower back which has triggered bowel probs...saw GP Monday and has written me off work 1 week...when in a flare up find it difficult to sit and believe it compresses organs and now have urgent trips to bathroom in middle of night..exhausting l Only sleeping a few hours and know I have to get up to eat a little something in order to take meds but have no appetitie just want to sleeeep! I have also suffered cramping in abdomen and find a hot water bottle gives a little comfort....anyone else have these symptoms arising from OA flare up...have the numb hands as well that wake me up...Grrr feel like I'm turning into a whiney person...........
