Hi all,

The following information has been shared with us here at APP and we thought it might be of interest to anyone who might be struggling with depression and anxiety after experiencing PP. It is for mums in the UK with babies aged 12 months or under.

The programme is designed for women experiencing low mood, anxiety, stress, social isolation or symptoms of postnatal depression with babies aged 12 months or below. The focus is on making mum feel amazing (although the babies love it too). Sessions are led by an arts and health music specialist and feature beautiful songs from round the world (no nursery rhymes here!) and are held weekly over a 10 week period (no singing experience required).

The programme is based on multi-year research studies, and has been clinically proven to boost maternal wellbeing, improve bonding between mother and baby, and build confidence. More info - breatheahr.org/programmes/m....

We've got online sessions starting from Thursday 30th Jan (sessions are weekly for 10 weeks) and mums can join from anywhere in the country.

Please see more information at the link above, including a link to register. There is also information about in-person courses available to Croydon and Southwark residents.

Best wishes,

Jenny
