Hi everyone,

We are working with Elen Thomas, a PhD student at Cardiff University, to develop and test a new guide to support decision making for women with bipolar or previous postpartum psychosis during pregnancy and the postpartum period.

We are looking for women who live in the UK and who are considering pregnancy, planning a pregnancy or are currently pregnant to help us test the guide and provide us with their feedback on it.

For more information, you can visit ncmh.info/prep

or email Elen directly on thomase45@cardiff.ac.uk.

If you are planning a pregnancy, or currently pregnant, and would like to be in touch with another woman who has 'been there' for support and to share experience, please do get in touch. We have volunteers who have had a child and been at risk of PP at the time too, who can offer one to one peer support through video call or private messages / emails.

Details of our peer support can be found here, including a form to fill out to request support: app-network.org/peer-support/
