I have been keeping busy today. I have washed my pots, made tea and cleaned down my hob. I like my house to be clean and tidy. Tomorrow if the weather is nice I am going to cut my grass. It usually only takes me about 20 minutes. I believe that keeping busy is paramount for any mental illness. I have been meditating again today and saying my prayers. I Have been recalling taking my daughter to Disneyland Paris when she was 5 and she was over the moon. I have been looking at my baby photos again and recalling their birthdays Christenings and Christmases I have had with them. Nobody can take the good memories away from me, not even my family. Even if I don't press charges against my family, I have confidence that they will have to pay to a higher power one day. For all ladies who are still suffering, I am saying a little prayer for you all.
Best Wishes X

I like journalising and focus on the momentum and looking forward to focus on small stepping stones, but not aiming for goals set too far into the future, as I get easily anxious with long term planning.
Thank you for your prayers. I do enjoy my spiritual path. Meditation is a wonderful way of clearing the cobwebs, so is exercising and a good diet.
Volunteering within the community at ones own pace is a good way of re-focusing and applying skills from your lived experience. You will trust and develop & find people, with whom you may want to share experiences. Learning is always a good way forward, and broadens and enriches ones horizon...
