Hello Pumpkins

I'm sorry your friend was wrongly diagnosed. I've checked on the Rethink Mental Illness page at rethink.org/ and under Access to Health Records, under Overview, there is advice that "if you feel something on your records is wrong you cannot usually delete it. You can ask your doctor to add a note to show that you disagree." So perhaps your friend could make an appointment with the GP to discuss concerns so that these are noted?

I hope this helpful. Best wishes.
