Hi Pumpkins,

The APP Guides give some good information on planning pregnancy when you are at risk of PP. Here is the link: app-network.org/what-is-pp/...

I found having this information to refer to, a good care plan in place and the support of those around me, along with talking to the professionals involved in my care, was important when I had a further child after PP.

Take care, all the best, xx

Take medication post birth. Make sure someone can help at night with baby . Quetiapine was Gd helped me to sleep. Rest v imp. Epidural helped immensely. This can be put in ur plan. And it should be. Nurses should help at night and you should stay longer than other women in hospital when you give birth. Sorry I didn't have much time just wanted to give you main points. This helped me stay well after previous serious episode. And pray to God of course
