You are beautiful...

from the inside out. It is the illness, which creates intrusive thoughts. We are not to be blamed. It is good to talk to somebody we can trust about our angers, fears, anxieties, dreams, hallucinations and lots more. I know, it is easier said than done, when you feel and struggle so much. It will get better, soon.

I painted this picture and I called it 'Imperfection',-yet I have been told it is beautiful by lots of other artists.

Sending you all lots of love!

Sabine (I paint and paint and paint...when feeling poorly-and then I feel better)
