I don't know if any of you would be interested but I thought since there is suxh a large group on here now maybe some of you might be interested in actually meeting up. Im happy to travel anywhere really and bring my son too. All the kids could play if they came or id come alone if people preferred it that way. Just an idea anyway. Thoughts?....

Hello uksarah

Thank you for your post. I wonder where you are in the UK? There is a recent post from Peppermint_ Pig who is moving to Newport, South Wales and would like to meet up with other mums, so I'm not sure if this is possible for you?

Take care.

There is an option to see who is near u so might be worth taking a look at that and contacting people direct.

I'm in Norfolk. Where r u?

I'm the "regional rep" for London and always happy to organise meet ups for anyone who would like that. Let me know!

We had a lovely event in London a few weeks ago, organised by the online peer supporter "PNDandMe"/#PNDHour and it was a lovely day (which ended in drunken karaoke!).

There is a group of us in the United States. We had our first ever meeting last year at the PSI conference in Plymouth, Michigan. It was a beautiful and wonderful experience. There were 6 of us, all with very different stories, but we truly shared a sisterhood.

We will be having our second annual meeting this year at the PSI conference in San Diego, USA. Our survivor meeting will be Friday, June 24. On Saturday evening, June 25, the amazing Melissa Bangs will be performing "Playing Monopoly With God." It is a beautiful and moving performance where she shares her journey through postpartum psychosis to recovery. Visit postpartum.net for details.

Would love to have any of you join us if you're up for a big adventure.

I'm in Staffordshire, England. I went to the APP family day in Derbyshire last Summer and it was great (bit scary though!) but so glad I went.Lovely to meet people for the first time who'd had similar experiences. Didn't feel so alone anymore!! Realised we're all just 'normal' mums trying to do our best ....and the "bring a plate" buffet and cakes were amazing!! xxx

Hi, I am from Warrington, I have posted before, but have been looking after my Mum-in-law who has Alzheimer's Disease, (she is now in a home). I had ppp in 1990 after my son was born, I have Bi-Polar Disorder now, which is well controlled with medication. My recall of my ppp is still very clear, if I can be of any help to you, please reply.
