You will find this site incredible....99% full of genuine people, with great advice.....

you have to ask yourself ..is it voices that seem to come from another source, because although treatable this is entirely different from ruminative thought which comes from your own repetative thoughts......let us know.....don,t be afraid......its just that they are two entirely different illnesses............

Hi Homer, and welcome to the site.

As stde said, most of the people on here are wonderful, kind, caring and supportive. We may not all have the same symptoms/problems, but we try our best to understand and support each other with theirs.

No, I've never had voices in my head, and they must be VERY frightening and disturbing. Jonathan is absolutely right, this does need professional help - are you seeing your doctor/a psychiatrist for this? If not, i would really urge you to see your GP who can refer you to the right professional help.

In the meantime, PLEASE feel free to vent, rant, moan or - even - laugh on here. We are a really friendly bunch, and we will do our best, as "fellow sufferers" to help and support you in what ever way we can, and you want.
