Anybody else can’t do malls?

Took me years to stop panic attack at malls I started going out with family but I alwaz try to remember the exits th way I knew I’d panic would just walk out eventually I went alone but to malls I was familiar with but I still panic with long queues so I try to go when there is not many people

If it's not busy I like them, anonymous, warm, plenty of things to distract me from my head. In fact the giant mall thirty miles from us is where I would escape to when things got too much. Walk for miles, thinking of nothing, looking at stuff, not thinking, works for me.
