I don’t even know where to start. I feel like i’m starting lose my purpose in life.

I know it may be hard to believe right now, but your life has purpose even if you're not aware of what that purpose is at the moment.

Was what you're feeling precipitated by some recent life event or did it sort of come out of the blue?
