If wind blows into your eyes then they will blur and water as this is a natural reaction. This is completely normal and nothing to worry about. x
When I'm very anxious I do also become sensitive to light. I've read that it is a known anxiety symptom, and blurry vision can be as well. The watery eyes I'm not familiar with, though.
I've had the same issue. I also wear contacts and allergies are bad right now which doesn't help. Anxiety along with allergies really sucks.
