Pericarditis anxiety

Hello everyone, Ive been struggling with pericarditis since Nov 30th. Ive been cleared by my cardiologist, ekg normal, echo normal, blood work perfect, but still having a burning chest pain. I tried to take anxiety medications, but they made me super sick. I recently was in the er with pain again and everything came back normal. Any advice?
