Someone my age died and now I'm freaked out

I found out this morning that someone I used to work with passed away after an illness. She was only 38 and I'm 36 and I'm sad for her family but I'm also very anxious because it feels like I could die at any time. Of course that's always true but it really hits home at times like this. Someone else who was 22 that I was acquaintances with died earlier this year. She just didn't wake up. Does anyone have any advice? I was already anxious because it's Monday after a four day weekend and I'm back at work, sleep deprived and worried....

Just count how many people your age didnt die this week. x

This is life. Many if not all of us have experienced this. Try to turn your concern for yourself toward the family of those that passed. A simple heartfelt note is appreciated more than some people realize. Hopefully would make you feel better also.
