Has anyone tried hypnotherapy if so how did it work and what where the results

Hi I have tried Hypnotherapy. When I first tried it years ago I found it really helpful. I have also bought cd's from Amazon and they can be quite good some times. Other times doesn't seem to help. Definitely worth a try. Sometimes you can get Hypnotherapy with NHS.
