I have had tension headaches for the last couple days they linger all day.. anyone have this issues?

Hi, I have had head tension/pressure for a year now and I'm looking for people with similar symptoms (hoping for answers and ways to help I suppose). Do you have any other symptoms along with it?

Hi i have tension headache for over 5 months too it was there everyday i feel my head is full, pressure and squeezing along with it i aslo have nose and eyes pressure. Its tormented me everyday becuase i do not have anything meds taking. I wake up with it and sleep with it. My neck is tight also aswell my shoulder. I feel a little off balance too. My anxiety is in high level😯
