weird throat feeling

I've been getting this weird throat feeling as if its my heart beating so fast up my throat, i know it cant be my heart since it happens when i sit down - i feel like its a cold but idkkkkk

Hi, i get throat problems, like a tight feeling, lump or the cant clear mucus feeling. Mine is all to do with anxiety and neck and shoulder problems, my muscles are very tight. The more i think about it the more its there.

I get the same as lolly and it's all down to anxiety, the lump in the throat is odd but it is a common thing with anxiety.

When my neck and shoulders get sore because of anxiety I do stretches on them and it seems to release the tension.
