Please be careful, as zanaz can be hard to decrease due to being addictive. I have been on it before, and learned the hard way. Rebound anxiety is huge. Make sure you're dr knows these areas. I hope all goes well for you. I suggest going online to drugs.com. You can research everything, find out interactions, labels, side effects, ect. Awesome site.

Thank you so much for your reply. Yes, I am

Aware unfortunately. I did this about 3 years again after having my second child. It took awhile but I was able to get off the xanax with the help of Zoloft. Then I was doing great on just Zoloft until I decided to self wean - big mistake. Anxiety came back worse than ever. It seems I am starting g over now.

Thank you again for your reply.

Benzos can be a pain to get off of but that's the key word "can". I got off daily use fairly easy and so did my mom and a co-worker. They can be rough and dangerous but don't assume you're gonna encounter a horror story like you see on some sites.

I just wish I would have seen the horror stories when I was thinking about taking them. Would have saved me years of torment.

It affects people differently like anything. I would've quit sooner but I was afraid I'd have some horrible withdrawals but it was mostly insomnia which I've always had anyway. My memory is not the best but chronic stress can cause that so who knows. Wish you the best, were all going through a similar thing. It sucks.

I was only taking 25mg of zoloft while i was pregnant. I was taking an ativan every single day without a doubt. My.doctor upped my zoloft to 100mg and I havent had to take an ativan for over 2 or more months now😄

Were you able to take the 25mg throughout your pregnancy. I believe my anxiety is the sole thug that will keep me from

Having another child.

Xanax a few years ago. So, I M hoping one my Zoloft increases high enough that can be done again.
