I've heard Chamomille helps and it works as GABA.
I was wondering the exact same thing after seeing various rescue remedies on the shelf in the chemists . I asked on here a while back about gaba don't think I got many replies so I will follow you and your post with interest .

I am currently taking rescue remedy since finding a lump in my breast(about 10 days now). Not sure if it's helping or whether I just like to think it helps. Psychological you know xx
