Tiger balm is a musel relaxing balm like ice,hot and benadryl is for allergies,also for headaches it helps you sleep also both over the counter you can buy at Wal-Mart and for cheap

I went to the ER today and had a EKG done i have full blown panic attack disorder i was given some anxiety meds called Hydroxyz Pam its working very well.. i think everyone should go to the doctor and tell the doctor how exactly how they feel,get a EKG just to be safe and have a piece of mind and get meds..
