Stabbing pains in head from anxiety headaches ?

Does anyone that suffers with migraines or tension headaches get sharp stabbing pains in their head randomly ?

Yes I get stabbing pains and it's down to my anxiety, I also suffer with migraines.

yes me too-from all the sadness used to worry it was something serious but all my symptoms seem to be related to anxiety. Next time see will listening to relaxation app for a few mins help-one where they tell you to concentrate on breathing or better still head for a walk even if it's rainy.you might draw picture of the some of the worries floating round your brain which might be causing this pain as they all try to get your attention

Yes, I suffer with severe headaches and migranes, neck pain. I get stabbing pain occasionally. Lack of sleep and stress are probably big factor. Had MRI too, ugh. Not much seems to help. Hope you have a better day... One day at a time.
