Body pain an eye twitch

Hi all I have been having more body pain an left eye twitch, my eye does it so often it has made my eye an head hurt a little, I also seem to have a little blur/ vision loss in right eye! It was not this bad till the dr put me on pred 10mg for a sinuous infection, this pain is different from before the new meds! Has anyone else had this happen or know what could be the problem?!
