Really interesting article here that I came across by accident today which talks about the higher rates of anxiety in people what have hyper-mobile joints (double jointed, etc.). Maybe this is the answer for someone out there who thinks their anxiety came from nowhere and doesn't make sense. If this is underlying your anxiety it may give you a clue about different sorts of treatments that may be more effective than the standard ones. scientificamerican.com/arti...

I don't find this a scary article to read from a health anxiety point of view becasue it doesn't mean you are sick or in medical trouble with something that is critical or dangerous/emergency. It just might explain things a bit.

I've seem a few articles on this topic recently so it seems to be a new focus in anxiety research.
