Not phone apps for music but I've recently downloaded that headspace one people talk about and seems good so far. Maybe worth listening to some of your favorite music whilst you drift off to sleep?

I have the headspace one, but cant seem to get into it cause everytime I close my eyes and start to relax the dog starts wimpering and pawing me LOL!!!
