I was feeling good until today

I thought I was over this dizzy/lightheaded bug or whatever it is, but it's back! I am not happy. I've also got pain in my right ear and sort of tension headaches again. I was hoping for a happy normal Christmas but now I will be a pain again. I am getting totally fed up with it now
