Ah, very nice! Did you take this with your smartphone or a digicam? Not to pry but did you have trouble sleeping or do you enjoy the early mornings? For me, my highlight of the day is to sit on my patio with my Guinea fowl (in an aviary), many plants, two cats, and my wife while we chat and drink coffee in the cool, morning air. Being in Nature is a great way to connect and ground yourself. Regarding plants, I don't know the source, but Freud said that the reason we take so much pleasure in viewing flowers--they are omnipresent in Germany--is because they have no conflicts.

Used my phone. They're usually taken either on the way home from or going to prison....

Celebrations are mini chocs with bounty, mars bars, milky way, snickers, galaxy in.

Quality street are just tins of chocolates too with different flavours.

In a way my dear friend....I am a prisoner.....I just get to hit the real world after a 12 hour day...you can't be an officer as long as I have and not pick up some of the crazy that I deal with....
