Totally agree. That is why on airplanes they always say put your own air masks on first, then put your child's mask on. Because if you can't breathe, then you can't help anyone else.

Very true although as an innate people pleaser sometimes find it difficult putting self-care first and even with the children try hard to fit in with their plans but frequently just can’t keep up both physically and mentally! Find that so frustrating…
