Hi Yogasan7676, TMJ is a painful issue due to the bite being off many

times from Stress and Anxiety. We bear down on our jaw, we might grind

our teeth but unless we eliminate the reason behind it, it continues.

Using benzos can help reduce the spasms and tenseness in the muscles

surrounding the joint. Sometimes antidepressants are used which may help

to control the pain. I hope you get some relief soon. :) xx

The more we know about things, the better.

I've had it myself years ago and so I can relate.

I hope the Clonazepam helps you.

Trying some relaxing Meditation can be beneficial as well. :) xx

Hello Yogasan,

Unfortunately, this benzo. will not address TMJ. The best starting point is a dentist. I wish you the best.
