You know we here value you. I've been doing some reading on how bad the situation on Bulgaria os for people with depression. I know you don't like this suggestion, but please think some about applying to graduate schools in other countries where you could get some decent mental health care. The schools should be able to help you figure out if there are scholarships to help you pay for your education and living expenses. I am worried about you there.
I’m truly sorry for what you are going through and all your pain! We as group do care, and I care. You are a valued individual, your life is important! We understand you because we all have issues and most of us have either anxiety or depression or both. So please don’t give up! Please continue on. Do you have someone you trust you can talk to? How about trying one of those talk lines?
Do something you like. Get some fresh air and exercise. Spend some time with a loving pet. Go for a swim in a warm therapy pool.
Please eat healthy. Foods that helps me: roasted chicken, tuna salad, good green salad, OJ, and Kifer. Also get good sleep. I take some supplements: Vitamin B complex, Vitamin D3, Vitamin C, Omega 3, Turmeric, Magnesium Citrate.
Also, please pray to Heavenly Father for help. He wants to hear from you and he will listen.

I just want you to know that I care. I know how hard it is to fight depression. I have found that taking supplements to help your body make more Dopamine, the feel good chemical, helps me a lot. These incluse L tyrosine ( CHICKEN AND TURKEY), Magnesium blend like mag glycinate etc, vitamin D, tumeric, folic acid,. Just a suggestion to try and stay hydrated. You are loved and are important! Dont give up hope!!!!
