Does anyone have any comments on TMS therapy? or hypnotherapy

Hi, I have not had TMS therapy but have had Hypnotherapy sessions.I continue to use that as part of my meditation each and every day.

It works wonders whenever I count backwards from 10-1.

Watching the timer on the microwave starting with 10 seconds to 1

causes me to drop my shoulders away from my ears and breathe.

(Ten seconds of calming)

Can be used on an elevator as well. Any floor that you are on can

be a part of your self hypnosis relaxing bit.

No harm to at least give it a try xx
