Are tongue sensations (specifically tingling) a symptom of anxiety?

HELLO Neecie1980. Did you ever.discover what caused tingling tongue? I have been having similar sensations. I have recently changed bp.meds but don't want to start panicking about side effects and am telling myself it is due to anxiety. I am no doubt much older than yourself but seem to get so many weird symptoms and often feel very uptight about it all. It's a bit like a "chicken and egg" situation.. Hope you found an answer.

I’m sorry I am just responding, my earlier message wouldn’t send. The tingling subsided and I chalked it up to anxiety. How are you getting on?
