Hey there Molli
I think it is best to get that answer from a professional. We will always be here to support u but our help can not replace the professionals help. As for enxiety, there are many options which u can get from the App Store once u type in the words, "enxiety" . They have many options ranging from breathing exercises, nature sounds and many more. It could also be related to stress bcz of the symptoms u have mentioned, but I would like to stress that u get the professionals help....

Hi there, I can relate to your feelings and also wondering what we can or should do to help alleviate our anxiety.I am trying very hard to cope and manage my anxiety symptoms without turning to medications.
They say breathing exercises helps and I find taking a walk helps me focus on the positive.
And I find if I’m having a panic attack chewing on gum or having a lollipop calms my thoughts, very strange but it does work.
U are exactly like me. I believe too much in first finding natural ways to deal with depression and or enxiety. I for one dont have any med for it. I went straight to the appstore and typed in those words and they came with a long list which were good options but I stuck with Pranabreath which I now use on a daily basis, I don't even think I will get medication. I'm getting stronger by the minutes. If u feel walking and eating lollipop works for u, do it just guide against too much sugar but try what works well for u

okay thank youuu!!
Check to see if you can find a therapist that can react to you with methods of thinking. If you need meds at that point, then why not take meds prescribe from a doctor to cope.
...was this doctor a male? Male doctors are significantly more likely to wrongly diagnose a health issue as anxiety (same way they dismissed women as having hysteria in the past). If you aren’t 100% about his diagnosis, there’s nothing wrong with seeing a different doctor. This is not to say that he was definitely wrong, but if you are doubting that it’s anxiety, there’s no issue with seeing another doctor to confirm.
If there is medication offered after you are sure of your diagnosis, obviously it is a personal choice if you want to take it or not, but I would recommend it. These medications have been created to help, so try to let them! ☺️
yes it was a male doctor unfortunately. and yes i really wanna try a medication. but im nervous due to addiction in my family
That is something you can bring up with your doctor, and they can make sure to prescribe one that is not addictive. There are many different medication options, so I think if anything, just listen to which ones the doctor recommends given your concerns, then do some independent research and decide if you want to try them.
