Thank U 4 asking. It’s been a challenging time 4 me. COVID has put me in a bad situation and my disability is about ready to run out. Fortunately I just found a part-time job. To make a long story short,

I need to find a second job as well. I need to work on my deep breathing, cognitive

therapy and relaxing 😌 music. It feels a bit overwhelming. I’m so lucky 🍀 to be in this

group and receive support from you guys
