Loop recorder

Hey suffer anxiety and panic attacks have a loop recorder fitted since last year if anyone has any queries on them or apprehensive about getting one in like me maybe I can help ease your mind

What do you use it for? I sometimes make recordings on my phone related to cognitive behavior therapy.

Hey there I have bad anxiety after a break up was in a and e with panic attacks... Since then I have ongoing problems with health anxiety. I was referred to a cardiologist and he advised on a loop recorder inserted just in case as I keep thinking something is wrong with my heart although I have had countless ECGs and bloods done and all fine.. when I heard he wanted me to have one put in made my healthy anxiety ten times worse and sent me into overdrive .... Anyway I decided to go for it took half hour under local anesthetic very simple procedure and now I don't even realise I have it apart from when i touch my chest I can feel it

Oh okay, I had to look up what it was because I thought it was a sound recorder! Yeah, I am having a rough morning so I've done some yoga videos on amazon prime to help with my breathing and concentration. I know it takes time to develop a routine with it but it did help a bit this morning. I think I saw that you are in Ireland? I've visited three times. Lovely.
