And to your question, yes I have tried it and I got palpations from it, I have hypothyroidism and fibromyalgia and other health issues so this Ashwagandha is not suitable for me.

Yes. I’m having tummy issues so I had to stop. It tastes gross but was helpful with my mood. It’s not great to drink but I did find it helped. Along with ginseng.

Hi Starrlight, I tried it in capsule form. It took a couple months but I did notice a slight but very welcome difference for the better. Recommend a lower dosage first to see if you have any bad side effects

Thanks I took it last night and thought it made a difference but today my anxiety is high and I seems to not be working.

It’s a supplement/herb/ adaptagen that you can buy. You could research it.

Hi Star.

I had just begun taking it before you posted your inquiry. I only take one

capsule a day. I did not have any negative side effects. It may be helping although I am not sure yet so I plan to continue taking it for now.
