Hi i know there is a couple of people on here that had it done. One had good results the other didnt. I am scheduled to be mapped for TMS in march. I hope that it will help with my depression. This year has been the worst. Keeps getting worse with age it seems. What i understand is that it stimulates areas of the brain that are underfunctioning. Thats what happens in some cases of depression. The people at the place that interviewed me about it, said they see lots of positive results. Its not supposed to have some of the side effects that ECT has such as memory loss, seizure etc. Seems like a better and less drastic solution to me. I hope that if you decide to get it done, that it goes well for you. I can let you know how it goes once i start treatment in march.

Thx for ur response. They r suppose to call me next week with info & then I decide if I want it or not. I'm sure I will do it, desperate to try anything for 'life' again. I am not familiar with TMS or ECT only what I have been reading. Yours will be successful. 🙏🏾👍🏽

It didn't do anything for me. I had 36 sessions. I've thought about repeating it, but I'm not sure it will be worth it.
