Hi, I've had a bit of a rough life over the past 9 years, more so over the past 4. I hate feeling alone with my anxiety issues. I really don't want prescribed medicine though. Now I seem to have insomnia. I hope to meet some people here with similar experiences.

I live with my husband and son. It's hard to get anyone to understand how it feels. I just want to feel people can relate. Maybe I can help others feel better when I share my symptoms.
