Hi I think you are headed in the right direction. I have a close friend who does this and she says it's because of how she was raised that she had to lie. Maybe getting to the deep root of your issue you will get better. Best wishes to you.

I think lying is not a good road to go down....when your telling the truth, it's easier because when you lie...there's too much to try and remember of what lies you were telling...where as if your telling the truth...there is less to remember.
