Hey all, Brian here! I recently realized that when I'm depressed or irritable, I'm not listening to music. Music is something that we all use to help us feel better or to help us fight against our symptoms. Since this is Friday afternoon here on the coast, let's all share a song that lifts us up or makes us fight our symptoms.

I'll share two songs......The first song really lifts me up when I feel depressed. The song is 'Lights' by the rock group Journey from 1978.
