warfarin and chia seeds

Hi

I self test my INR.

I want to introduce chia seeds as part of my daily diet.

I know they can interact with anticoagulants.

I take Warfarin.

Has anybody had any experience with warfarin and chia.

it says on the net it doesnt mean no. But exercise caution.

Presumably, it could raise my INR so I could monitor that quite easily.

I’m not planning on eating more than a tablespoon max sprinkled into my morning porridge.

I have oats, oat bran, ground almonds, ground flax, golden linseed, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds.

I mix those all up in a jar and add a couple of spoons before mixing it all with unsweetened soya milk and cooking. I then add fruit, Greek yogurt and kefir yogurt and very much enjoy!!

Any insights would be gratefully received

Thank you ☺️
