Warfarin and Acetaminophen ? Are there any interaction please ?!

Hello,

I'm just wondering which pain medications would not interact with Warfarin please? I know anti-inflammatories are not ok. What about Panadol (Acetaminophen/Paracetamol), is this okay to take while being on Warfarin?

Hello,

Yes that is always an issue trying to find pain medication while on warfarin to help. I Take Tylenol Arthritis 650mg. I find it works better because its a little bit stonger dose. I have herniated disc in my back as well and not being able to take any other type of medication is not been easy to find relief. I have not heard of panadol, so im not certain on that. I took paracetamol when on Warfarin, and that went OK. Ibuprofen is a no-no.
