Has anyone got a smart way to always have warfarin when leaving the house

Just thought I'd ask if there is a phone case or a men's wallet that anyone knows of, which is convenient for keeping a dose of warfarin safe at all times. I am very spontaneous so I never know where I'll be at 6.30pm. I need to solve this issue so I'm not caught out.

I keep my night dose of apixiban in my pants pocket. Not the most sanitary, I know, but it is with me. I use a pocket that doesn't have other things in it. I also have an alarm on my phone, which goes off even if I have the sound silenced. Somehow I seem to check the time about 5 minutes ahead of my alarm going off :-). Good luck!

as a woman I had no problem using a normal dose box in my handbag. However I wonder if something like a tooth fairy silk purse /pouch might fit in your wallet? should fit one or two warfarin in.

Just carry some in a pill case.
