I am of the same opinion. I was switched for 2 reasons

1. INR had stabilized.

2. Best to reduce Number of hospital visits given the current COVID situation

The new medications are easier to handle than warfarin and its blood tests now and again which is better than them all the time like with warfarin!

It’s not better for everyone ... but is better for me. I was switched due to severe migraines. My INR was never stable, and I had a superficial clot and frequent microclotting. I only occasionally get that now.
