Thanks for posting these links. I hadn't seen the cases but given the number of ambulance chasing lawyers who have sent me emails I gathered that litigation must have been an active prospect. I had Rivaroxiban for 6 weeks and 3 months respectively fro two separate DVTs without any apparent side effects. This looks like it was a longer term prescription and perhaps to a vulnerable patient?
