Air embolism with compressed air

At my work place we have loads of compressed air guns that we use for our jobs, before today I was unaware how dangerous air embolisms actually are. After my shift at work I would use it to clean the dust of my clothes, I started messing about with it and pointed it at a bite on my arm, it popped the bite after a few seconds and I instantly stopped it. After this I searched up if it was dangerous and it talks about it could cause death everywhere it happened about 4 hours ago and I don't know what to do now.
