Feeling rough recently and ended up in hospital I was told that I still had a blood clot in my right lung so even after a year I still haven't got back to normal and I'm worried that I could end up back in hospital.

If it were me I would go and discuss this with your Doctor or anticoagulant nurse

Ask to be referred to a haematologist at your hospital. It seems if you still have clots after treatments for a year that the treatment may need changing . Anti coag nurses only administer usually what the Dr or finger prick blood tests indicate . None of these is foolproof and its your right to see a haematologist to get rid of your clot/s. There are other medications other than Warfarin too .
